The Evansville Knights of Columbus have had a great year with their various fundraising projects and as a result they have been able to help out a lot of people.
On Wednesday, August 27, Rally Co-Chairmen Bob Myerscough and Mark McConachie, on behalf of the Evansville Knights of Columbus, presented a check for $20,000 to the Knights of Columbus Developmental Center at SSM Cardinal Glennon Children’s Medical Center in St. Louis.
This large donation is thanks to the community’s support of the Knight’s annual charity golf tournament and the Knight’s Memorial Day Rally on the River event.
Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital, and our Council hosted the 11th Annual Jeep Rally on Saturday, May 24, 2025. The event was held in downtown Evansville and drew a large number of Jeep owners and many others to the rally. All vehicle types were welcome; cars, trucks, motorcycles, or buses.
All proceeds will benefit Knights of Columbus Developmental Center, located on the Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital Campus. The center was funded fully by the Missouri Knights of Columbus with a majority of the funds coming from the Annual Tootsie Roll Drive. Families and young patients now have a building with easy access and a much higher degree of privacy.
